A bespoke ordering portal for your business network
For each Storeflow customer we set up a bespoke branded central ordering web portal. This works just like an ecommerce website and allows franchisees, store managers or office administrators to add items to a cart and place orders online.
Your portal will be open 24/7 and can be used on a desktop PC and a mobile phone (Apple and Android). Moreover, the point and click system completely eradicates the errors commonly associated with placing orders by telephone or email.

Real-time order processing
Orders received from the portal pass directly to our stock management and accounts systems with no re-keying required. This ensures that goods are picked accurately, consolidated correctly and despatched on time. The integration with our accounts system also enables invoices to be issued promptly.
Real-time sales reporting
Company executives have access to real-time graphical sales reports online. Executive reports include overall sales, the spend per location, weekly, monthly and annual transaction values, sales by product or product category and best-selling products.
Order histories and account balances
Location managers/franchisees have access to a detailed order history and can (optionally) see their account balances and copy invoices too. Account balances are generated by our accounts software, not the portal transaction records. This means that the balances are accurate financial snapshots and they include any credits or over-payments. The portal can optionally alert managers about overdue accounts.
Information and downloads
The portal can be used to disseminate information across your network in the form of readable and downloadable PDF documents. This can be used for manager updates, new product instructions, even printable POS material.
